Signature Booking Terms and Conditions


Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check outs may be available on the day of your departure, but will be subject to additional room and tax charges. If you will be departing later in the day, you may check your luggage with the Signature at MGM Bell Desk. If you would like to stay in your suite after 11:00 a.m., you may request a late checkout by confirming with Signature Reception. Late check outs are subject to availability. Additional charges will apply.

All check ins take place in the Signature at MGM lobby. Rooms keys will be provided at check in. For room charging privileges, you will be required to present a valid credit card upon your arrival.

The credit card submitted for payment will be charged for all room and tax charges for the entire length of stay, when confirming your reservation. Any cancellations or revisions to your reservation must be received 7 Days prior to the arrival date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations received within less than 7 days of the arrival date will forfeit full prepayment. All revisions and cancellations must be made directly with accombooker, and a confirmation number for that cancellation/revision must be obtained and submitted in order to receive a refund. Cancellations are not valid if left on voicemail, sent by e-mail or left with a third party agency. All refunds will be made only with proper confirmation and cancellation numbers.

Changes, revisions, or cancellations to arrival/departure dates made AFTER the check-in date are subject to forfeiture of full prepayments made. There are NO refunds for early departure, cancellation, or any unused nights after check-in. Requests for additional rooms after arrival date require completely new reservations and full prepayment prior to confirmation. Additional rooms will be confirmed on a strictly space available basis at the time of request.

All reservation requests must contain the complete first and last name and full address of the adult who will actually occupy the room.


Valid identification will be requested at check-in matching the name in which the reservation was made. Third party reservations will not be honoured.

All room rates shown are based on single or double occupancy only. A $35.00 charge per person is required for triple and quad occupancy regardless of age. No more that 4 adults are allowed to occupy any individual unit.

Bed types, suite types, suite location & view, as well as other special requests are noted at time of reservation, but cannot be guaranteed. All special requests will be honoured on a space-available basis only.

The registered guest is responsible for the condition of the room upon check-out. Any broken, damaged or missing items will be charged to the credit card on file for repair or replacement and any violations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent the law allows.

Please note that any change in the length of stay or the arrival/departure dates of your reservation may result in a room rate change. All change requests are based on the prevailing rates and availability at the time the request is made.

Room rates may change daily and are not guaranteed until full payment has been received.

Room rates quoted and displayed are for room charges only. These rates do not include any additional charges that may be incurred during your stay, such as room service, pay per view movies, additional housekeeping services and other similar charges. A credit card will be requested at check-in to guarantee and pay for incidental charges made while a registered guest.

Please note that a 9% room tax and a $15 per day resort fee is confirmed within your quotation price.

Confirmed and pre-paid reservations will be held until 6:00 a.m. of the day following the confirmed arrival date. If the reservation is not canceled and the guest is a "no-show", full pre-payments made will not be refunded and the reservation will be cancelled.

The information on and each of its modules is the best representation of available information at the time of development, but all information on product and service features and related travel products and services are subject to availability and change without notice.

After confirmation of your booking, a confirmation page with your identification number will be sent to you, followed by a confirmation email. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please check the Spam (or Junk) folder in your email inbox to ensure that your confirmation email was not auto-filtered to that folder. Additionally, you may want to add accombooker to your "allowed" senders list so that we can send you confirmation emails and information regarding your future departures. If you don't receive your confirmation email, please contact accombooker directly. While we make every effort to have our servers accessible at all times there may be periods of time where the server is unavailable or due to internet connectivity issues, it is the registered guest's responsibility to confirm in writing within 7 days any changes, cancellations or revisions to your reservations, or if you need access to your reservations. Any change which was not made due to server or internet connectivity issues will still be handled in accordance with the cancellation and change policy set forth above.

Accombooker is a booking company confirming vacation rentals on behalf of the individual unit owners. We do not make representation for the property, its condition, services or any other manner of the property. Accombooker does not inspect the properties nor make any representations as to what amenities may be available. All properties booked by accombooker are located within larger communities. As with all areas there are hazards, there may be existing conditions, including but not limited to, swimming pools, play areas, parking garages, clubhouses, common areas, parks, sidewalks, and areas operated by other third parties. Accombooker specifically disclaims any warranty of fitness or warranty of quiet enjoyment and Customer accepts that accombooker is not warranting that the property is free from any particular or general hazards and that Customer is accepting the risks inherent with booking in a particular area and with the amenities, third parties or surroundings of the property and holds accombooker harmless from any liability as a result of any failure thereof.

All units are non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Specific charges will apply for violations of these policies.

Our Liability - We take great care to ensure the accuracy of information printed on our web site and we accept responsibility for ensuring that when you book with us the property supplied is as described on the site and to a reasonable standard. We are not liable for personal injury, illness or death as set out in the next paragraph. Our acceptance of liability is subject to "force majeure" and other terms of these booking conditions. We will not be liable where any failure to perform or improper performance was due to:-

(a) The act(s) and/or omission of the person(s) affected or;

(b) Those of a third party not connected with the provision of your holiday and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable or;

(c) An event which either ourselves or the supplier of service(s) in question could not have foreseen or avoided even with all due care.

Please note that we cannot accept liability for any damage, loss, expense or any sum(s) of any description which:

(a) on the basis of the information given to us by you concerning your booking prior to our accepting it, we could have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you or;

(b) did not result from a breach of contract or other fault by ourselves or where we are responsible for them, our suppliers. Additionally, we cannot accept liability for any business loss.

Force majeure - Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by 'force majeure'. In these Booking Conditions 'force majeure' means any event which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil commotion or strife, hostilities, strikes or other industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, acts of God, terrorist activities, technical problems with transportation, closures of ports and ferries, quarantine, epidemics, weather conditions, government action or other events outside our control. Holiday insurance, if you choose to take it, provides cover in respect of some of these events.
